The founding ceremony of Women in Renewables Asia (WiRA) came to a successful close in Shanghai on July 2. More than 50 industrial women leaders and male supporters were cordially invited to grace the occasion, joining hands to bring better gender diversity to the industry and foster greater industry pride in women. Attendees present vowed to build a comprehensive platform for the sector’s women executives and employees, where they can have access to the tools that help drive their personal and profession success, as well as the support of enterprises in the sector that advocate for and champion the inclusion of women.
