Investing in women is critical to combat climate change. To reach net zero, we need to unlock the full potential of women as part of the future clean energy workforce and improve gender outcomes through better access to education, pay, and leadership. In the context, Women in Renewables Alliance has launched four task forces dedicated to help establish guidelines for diversity, equality and inclusion in respective industry sub-sectors and amply the voices of women as key contributors of the field progresses.
